Mentorships are being carried out for three companies in alignment with the responsibility lines of the HOUDING Foundation, focused on strengthening micro and small businesses.

These actions are developed in accordance with the foundation’s objectives, with the purpose of supporting the growth and sustainability of these organizations.

This company is receiving advice on managing fixed and variable costs, which will allow it to optimize its financial structure and improve its administrative management.
