Original film music enters a new chapter with the inaugural edition of the Film Dreams Recording Orchestra, an initiative bringing together young composers, musicians, and sound engineers to create, perform, and record musical works designed to accompany great cinematic stories.

For this first edition, the Houding Foundation plays a pivotal role as the driving force and coordinator of the initiative, helping to create opportunities for training, participation, and professional exposure for the next generation of talent in music, the arts, and the audiovisual industry.

For the Foundation, supporting initiatives like the Film Dreams Recording Orchestra goes beyond mere institutional backing; it means opening doors for young people, fostering their creative abilities, strengthening their artistic processes, and helping their talents find professional platforms where they can grow and gain recognition.

The first recording session took place at Estudios Audiovisión, a key project partner that provided its expertise and facilities. Each composition has a unique way of building and developing its musical ideas. Behind every piece lies a creative process, an artistic vision, and—above all—the talent of young people who use music as a tool for storytelling. The inaugural edition is now a reality. We continue to build great stories through music.
