The Secretary of Culture, Recreation and Sports launches the incentives program for the year 2024 and through the reading and libraries department, six (6) scholarships will be distributed for a value of $408,000,000 that will favor people who promote written culture in Bogotá.
To apply, you must register in the SICON call system, be of legal age, and a resident of Bogotá. You can apply as a natural person, legal entity, or group, either as a proposal or as a jury member. Registrations open on February 26th, and each grant has a different registration deadline.
The scholarships offered and their registration deadlines are:
- Scholarship for community media producing programs for LEO Radio. Closing date: April 5th for jury members, April 8th for proposals.
- Scholarship for Reading, Writing, and Orality Projects. Closing date: March 29th for jury members, April 1st for proposals.
- Scholarship for Co-creation Laboratories of Expanded Digital Objects. Closing date: April 19th for jury members, April 22nd for proposals.
- Scholarship for Publication of Environmentally Friendly Editorial Projects. Closing date: April 26th for jury members, April 29th for proposals.
- Scholarship for Strengthening Programs and Services of Community Libraries. Closing date: April 12th for jury members, April 15th for proposals.
- Scholarship for Strengthening Projects in Collaboration between Library Agents, Community Members, and Knowledge Ecosystem. Closing date: May 3rd for jury members, May 6th for proposals.
