In an exciting display of strength, endurance, and determination, Colombian athletes Yonatan Sabogal Bastilla and Vanessa Moyano made their mark at the World Obstacle Course Championship held in San José, Costa Rica. With meticulous preparation, a spirit of perseverance, and the unwavering support of the Houding Foundation, excellent results were achieved by overcoming both physical and logistical challenges to reach this world dream.
The journey to Costa Rica was a tough one, requiring not only rigorous physical preparation but also a great effort to raise funds through raffles, sports activities, and, above all, thanks to the generous support of the Houding Foundation, the necessary resources were gathered to participate in this world-class event.
The training phase was intense, with sessions focused on strengthening endurance, agility, and the technique needed to overcome the circuit’s challenging obstacles, along with strong physical conditioning to adapt to Costa Rica’s climate conditions.
