On Saturday, December 16th, the fantastic Christmas Movie Concert was held, presented by the FILM’S DREAMS COLOMBIA orchestra, sponsored by the HOUDING FOUNDATION, DC FANS, and BIBLORED. Free tickets were shared with friends and family. The event kicked off at 3:30 pm at the Virgilio Barco Library in Bogotá D.C., where we enjoyed the smile of many children who reveled in the magic of Christmas music and cinema. Superheroes entertained the audience with dances, and both children and adults were able to take photos with them.
The orchestra delivered a concert featuring colombian traditional songs such as “Colombia Tierra Querida,” “Mi Burrito Sabanero,” and “El Año Viejo,” among others.
The concert aimed to support the young members of the FILM’S DREAMS COLOMBIA orchestra so they could share their art. Additionally, donations were collected in cash and kind, which were delivered to various foundations that support underprivileged children.
